Rocket, parsley and fruit smoothie





Ingredients:
a few rocket leaves
a bunch of parsley
juice of half a lime
one kiwi
half a cup of blueberries
1 tsp frozen chopped ginger

Whizz all of the above together! This is a good way to get through lots of vegetables, fibre and vitamins without having to chew for ages :-)
